Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon. The Role ?? Commercial management of a major civil engineering project ?? NEC contract administration ?? Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting ?? Procurement & subcontract management ?? Compensation Events & change control ?? Commercial reporting & final accounts ?? Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance What We're Looking For ? Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure ? Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts ? Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects ? Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills ?
