| A global executive search organisation that focuses on senior appointments within the automotive and mobility sectors has a fantastic opportunity for Senior Researcher to join its successful and expanding team in Stockbridge. They have one of the best reputations due to their high levels of service, speed of response and ability to identify the best talent for clients. As Senior Researcher, your responsibilities will include: - Attending briefing calls and meetings alongside lead consultants. - Conducting initial research into target organisations and industry sectors, maintaining, and making use of databases, online tools and the Ennis & Co network. - Identifying a shortlist of candidates suitable for each search assignment. - Completing verbal qualification of each candidate against agreed competencies and criteria for the role. - Gaining candidate referrals from senior individuals and professional networks - Being an advocate of a ‘class leading ‘candidate experience We’re looking for a Senior Researcher with: - Previous experience working as Recruitment Consultant or as a Researcher within an executive search firm. - Excellent verbal and written skills - Able to initiate and develop professional relationships - Aptitude to fully understand a client’s brief. - Ability to work at pace and use own initiative. - Competency of using the Microsoft suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
