Job Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive dealership who are currently recruiting for a Commercial Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Redruth area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Requirements:

- A working experience within a Service Advisor role
- The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
- Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties of role:

- Ensure the smooth running of the Service Department and promote profitability.
- Dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maximize utilisation of the Service Department.
- Booking in vehicles. Ensuring appointments are convenient for the customer and Service Department, in line with the workshop capacity.
- Identify the customer requirements and where possible, supply an accurate fully inclusive costing.
- Produce accurate job cards, invoices, estimates and related information.
- Provide customers with full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
- Produce warranty job cards in line with the manufacturer's policy and procedures.
- Accurately record all work requirements and identify retail, warranty, internal and non-chargeable repairs.
- Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £33000.
