| We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive multi-franchise approved car dealer group who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Cardiff area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.  Benefits: - Up to £28-29,500 basic salary pending experience. - On-target earnings of £35,000 per annum based on customer service scores - 22 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays, increasing over length of service up to 25 days leave. - Employment benefits include the following: workplace pension scheme, staff purchase discount scheme, discounts on parts, servicing and labour. - Manufacturer-accredited training providing a goal for all new starters to be Service Technician qualified with a franchise very the end of their first 12 months of their employment in the business. - Other benefits are on offer, such as expenses paid for bi-annual staffing events (Summer and Christmas parties) and achievement events and meals. - Fantastic long-term career prospects with a long-standing, reputable, multi-franchise approved car dealer group that has been operating for over 60 years. Requirements: - A working experience within a Service Advisor role - The ability to upsell on service work and service plans - Customer Focused and an excellent communicator - Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software - A UK driving license with minimal points is essential. Duties: - Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle - Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems - Update Customers and Vehicle Records - Prepare and complete Invoices - Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed - Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,500 with OTE of circa £35,000.
