| We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive multi-franchised Car Dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department, in the Salisbury area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.  Benefits: - Negotiable basic salary plus monthly bonus providing uncapped-on target-earnings up to £38,000+ per annum, after training. - 31 days annual holiday allowance (including the 8 bank holidays and your birthday). - A fully paid week’s holiday in Cornwall. - Access to brand-accredited training and development. - Contributory workplace pension scheme. - Various company benefits, including life insurance, a celebration day for your birthday, a cycle to work scheme, and a staff car scheme, amongst others - Fantastic long-term career development prospects with a family-owned and financially secure business operating for 30+ years. Requirements: - Ideally prior working experience within a Service Advisor role - The ability to upsell on service work and service plans - Customer Focused and an excellent communicator - Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software Duties of role: - Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle - Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems - Update Customers and Vehicle Records - Prepare and complete Invoices - Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed - Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 with OTE of circa £38,000. Working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm on a rota.
