Lead Manufacturing Growth & Expansion Projects A leading advanced manufacturing organisation is seeking a Senior Industrialisation & Facilities Engineer (Capital Projects) to support the next phase of its operational growth. This is a newly created role with significant visibility across the business, focused on identifying future manufacturing capacity requirements, developing investment business cases, and delivering capital projects that enhance operational capability. Working closely with engineering, operations and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the future manufacturing footprint of the organisation through facility, equipment and infrastructure investment. The Role You'll be responsible for developing and delivering projects that improve manufacturing capacity, efficiency and operational performance. From assessing future production requirements to introducing new equipment, production systems and facilities, you'll help ensure the business is ready to support long-term growth.
