Role: Implementation Manager Location: Kidderminster (On-site Initially, Hybrid Later, Includes Client Visits) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Network IT are looking for an exceptional Software Implementation Manager to join a successful software house. This individual requires experience of man management, specifically resources that support the implementation of in-house developed software into their client base. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing and supporting 12 direct reports consisting of project managers, stakeholder management and data analysts. These resources are split across 3 teams, managing 15 implementation projects at a given time. The successful candidate requires a UK Driving License and Personal Vehicle, as they will be visiting client sites regularly. Key Responsibilities - Oversee your teams’ management of the full implementation lifecycle for new software customers, from handover to go-live - Manage and coach a team of consultants, analysts, and project leads - Ensure project milestones, resource planning, and team utilisation are effectively tracked and balanced - Champion delivery standards and customer experience through clear communication and structured processes - Drive continuous improvement in delivery materials, frameworks, and internal tools - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery risks and maintain customer trust - Provide performance insights to leadership, flagging opportunities and challenges - Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members - Conduct on-site visits to observe and support implementations Experience Required - Proven experience managing software implementation or SaaS delivery teams - Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills - Organised, structured approach to balancing delivery timelines, resource constraints, and customer expectations - Comfortable leading transformation projects across departments like sales, finance, logistics, and operations - Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Confident managing multiple projects and priorities concurrently  |
