I am working with my client to fill this Sommelier role. Their reputation is built on exceptional service, timeless elegance, and unforgettable dining experiences. Now seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join the ambitious Food & Beverage team and play a key role across our two distinctive restaurants, each offering its own culinary identity and guest journey. The Role As Sommelier, you will be in charge of the wine experience: presenting the wine offering to match the calibre of cuisine and setting. Working closely with the Head Chef and restaurant teams, you will shape thoughtful pairings, inspire our guests, and bring confidence, warmth, and storytelling to every table. From intimate fine-dining evenings to relaxed yet refined service, this role offers variety, creativity, and the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on guests from around the world. Key Responsibilities of the Sommelier - Oversee and develop the wine lists across both restaurants, ensuring balance, quality, and commercial awareness - Deliver engaging wine recommendations and pairings tailored to individual guests - Maintain impeccable cellar organisation, stock control, and supplier relationships - Support and train the wider team to enhance wine knowledge and service standards - Collaborate on menus, tastings, and special events to continually evolve our offering About You - Minimum WSET Level 3 essential; further WSET levels are desirable - Proven experience as a Sommelier or senior wine role in a high-end hospitality environment - Confident communicator with a genuine passion for wine and guest interaction - Strong understanding of bar operations and spirits knowledge (highly advantageous) - Calm, organised, and detail-driven, even in a busy service environment - Commercially aware, with an appreciation for luxury hospitality and bespoke experiences - Eligible to work in the UK
