What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or above
• Food Safety Level 2 & Food Allergen Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
• Confident, adaptable, and organised in fast-paced kitchens
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and kitchen operations
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
