The Role

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to:

• Support the day-to-day running of the kitchen

• Lead and inspire the team in delivering consistently high standards

• Contribute to menu development with creativity and flair

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards

• Ensure smooth service across restaurant, bar, and events

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience at Junior Sous or Sous Chef level

• Is passionate about fresh, seasonal food

• Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

• Takes pride in presentation and consistency
