Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (Potential to go permanent)
Pay: £85 – £95 per day

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Have a foundational knowledge of Speech and Language skills such as cued articulation and PECs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, positive approach with a passion for supporting children’s learning
• The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
• Work in a primary school with a small group of children with Hearing Impairments or a speech and language need
• Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to reach their full potential
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
• Be actively involved in wider school life, including events and enrichment activities
