| Temp to perm Clean environment On-site parking About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Stock Administrator to join our growing team at Hams Hall. This is a fast-paced and varied role that plays a key part in supporting efficient warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for managing stock accuracy, processing orders, and maintaining high standards of data integrity across all systems. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a passion for logistics administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Hours: Rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 Rate: £12.71 per hour Key Responsibilities - Manage and process all warehouse-related documentation accurately and efficiently - Support goods-in and goods-out operations, ensuring all paperwork is completed and recorded correctly - Input and maintain data within Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and internal systems - Coordinate with transport, suppliers, and internal departments to support daily operations - Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely updates - Produce operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records - Assist with inventory updates and stock adjustments where required - Handle queries relating to deliveries, stock, and operational issues - Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health & safety standards - Support the wider team with general administrative duties Skills & Experience Required - Previous experience as a Stock Administrator, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role (preferred) - Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as Swisslog, SAP LES, ESP/GTS, or Red Prairie (advantageous) - Strong IT literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new systems quickly - Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach - Basic financial awareness and attention to numerical detail Why Join Us? - Be part of a supportive and friendly team during an exciting period of growth - Gain valuable experience in logistics and supply chain administration - Opportunity to develop your skills and progress within a leading organisation - Competitive hourly pay and consistent shift patterns If this role sounds of interest to you, please click apply! |
