Supply Teachers – Primary & Secondary
Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30) Teach Your Way – Across All Age Groups

- Deliver engaging lessons across primary and/or secondary settings
- Create positive, inclusive learning environments
- Adapt quickly to different schools, subjects, and age groups
- Support student progress and behaviour
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies
What We’re Looking For
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in primary, secondary, or both—flexibility is key
- Strong classroom management skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently
