We are currently seeking an experienced Surface Grinder to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Bromsgrove.
The Role
- Operating and setting surface grinding machines to produce precision components - Reading and interpreting engineering drawings - Ensuring all work is completed to exact tolerances and quality standards - Carrying out routine machine checks and maintenance - Working to deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Surface Grinder or in a similar precision engineering role - Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently - A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
