| If you’re an experienced legal recruiter looking to step into a Talent Acquisition Manager role with more than just delivery, this is your opportunity to shape strategy, influence growth, and make a real impact. This position offers you real scope, combining hands on recruitment with strategic projects across employer brand, onboarding, and long term workforce planning. Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in driving talent strategy and supporting the business through an ambitious growth phase. Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Manager - Manage full end to end recruitment across all areas of the business - Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning - Lead on candidate attraction strategy to support business growth - Support and deliver projects across employer brand, onboarding and succession planning - Contribute to the development and optimisation of the careers website - Support or implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)  What we’re looking for in a Talent Acquisition Manager - Proven experience recruiting within the legal sector (agency or in house) - Strong understanding of end to end recruitment and talent acquisition processes - Experience working at a senior or management level - Comfortable in a hands on delivery role without direct reports - Experience with ATS implementation or optimisation is advantageous  If you’re a legal recruiter ready to step into a broader, more strategic role as Talent Acquisition Manager, we want to hear from you.  Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
