Pay: £82 – £90 per day

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in the Salisbury area. You’ll be working across the primary age range, providing targeted support to small groups of pupils and occasionally offering 1:1 support for children with additional needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH and more.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a school setting
• A CACHE Level 2 qualification (desirable)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, positive approach with a passion for supporting children’s learning
• The ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
• Work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to reach their full potential
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and other staff
• Be actively involved in wider school life, including events and enrichment activities
