What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Supporting students individually or in small groups to boost understanding and confidence.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with lesson prep and classroom organisation to ensure smooth delivery.
- Encouraging students to stay motivated, focused, and involved in their learning.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
- Some experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role and wider education sector.
