Pay: £89.05-£95.26 per day

Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply

Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in Worthing. If you have a genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Record and report students’ progress to the Teacher.
• Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and adaptable attitude towards supporting children’s learning.
