Contract: Full time - Starting in November 2025

Salary: £95 - £105 per day

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted phonics interventions and support early literacy development
• Work closely with class teachers to plan and adapt engaging learning activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, especially those with additional needs
• Track progress and contribute to pupil assessments
• Create a warm, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
• Be the classroom cheerleader, celebrating every small win!

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a TA in EYFS or KS1 settings
• Strong knowledge of phonics schemes and strategies
• A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
• DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Passion, patience, and a playful spirit!
