Team Leader- Branded Food Outlet- Temp

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy, fast-paced food service operation in the Bristol area.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months, offering competitive rates of pay and the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.

The role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy fast food / quick-service food operation. You will lead by example, support and motivate the team, and help ensure excellent standards of customer service, food quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team during busy service periods
• Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the operation
• Assisting with staff supervision and delegation of duties
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and safety
• Working efficiently in a busy, high-volume fast food environment
• Helping to ensure service runs smoothly during peak periods

Essential requirements

Previous experience working in a fast food, quick-service restaurant or similar high-volume food service environment is essential.

You must also have previous supervisory or team-leading experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Assignment details

• Ongoing temporary assignment – minimum 3 months
• Working 5 days out of 7
• Shifts will fall between 7:00am and 11:00pm
• Hours and shift patterns will vary
• Competitive rates of pay
