RGB Recruitment is working with a leading South West housebuilder to recruit an experienced Technical Manager to join their Pre-Construction team. This role offers responsibility for managing multiple residential developments, leading design progression from planning through to build completion.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Manage design development and technical approvals across multiple residential schemesÂ
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, warranty standards and CDM RegulationsÂ
- Appoint, manage and coordinate external consultants and engineersÂ
- Discharge planning conditions and manage technical riskÂ
- Provide buildability and technical support to site teamsÂ
- Manage utilities, building control and warranty providersÂ
About YouÂ
- HND (Level 5) or equivalent in construction, design or engineeringÂ
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager or Design Manager role within housebuildingÂ
- Strong technical, organisational and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentÂ
