| Telesales Agent Edinburgh (Office Based) £22,750-£26,000 OTE £45,000, uncapped commission Are you a confident communicator with a natural flair for sales and customer care? Looking for a role where your energy and enthusiasm will be recognised and rewarded? This could be just the opportunity for you. We're recruiting for a Telesales Advisor to join a growing team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance across both existing and expanding networks, helping customers make the switch to a new service. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams, you’ll manage inbound queries, generate leads, and play your part in building a strong sales pipeline – all while delivering standout customer service. What You’ll Be Doing: - Hitting (and exceeding!) sales KPIs through a proactive, desk-based approach - Managing inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and identifying customer needs - Handling general queries, escalating where needed, and ensuring a smooth customer journey - Supporting new team members with training and onboarding - Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and following all GDPR protocols - Highlighting the real value of products and services – not just focusing on price What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in an outbound sales role is essential - Resilient, self-motivated, and upbeat – someone who thrives on smashing targets - Confident communicator with a friendly and engaging approach - Strong attention to detail and good IT literacy - A team player who’s keen to share ideas and contribute to a positive team culture |
