We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Manager to join our client’s busy car finance brokerage in Manchester.
Our client is offering the successful Telesales Manager on Target Earnings of £60,000.

Responsibilities:
- Leading, supporting, and coaching a telesales team - Managing inbound and outbound sales activity - Overseeing customer applications from enquiry to handover - Driving team performance and ensuring targets are met - Managing pipelines and implementing best sales practices
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the motor trade or car finance (preferred) - Previous team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience - Strong communication and motivational skills - Ability to manage workloads, support staff, and drive results - Full UK driving licence
