Are you an organised, people-focused recruitment professional who loves creating a great candidate experience?

We're looking for an Assessment Experience Co-ordinator to join a busy Early Talent Recruitment team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an important role in supporting Graduate, Internship and Apprentice recruitment, helping candidates feel informed, welcomed and supported throughout their assessment journey.

You'll be responsible for coordinating interviews and assessments from start to finish, making sure every detail is taken care of and that candidates and interviewers have everything they need for a smooth and positive experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Sending interview invitations, confirmations and joining instructions to candidates and interviewers.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, responding to questions and providing a friendly, professional service.
  • Preparing candidate guides, interview packs and briefing materials for assessors.
  • Coordinating interview panels, assessors and guest speakers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing interview changes and rescheduling, proactively finding solutions when availability changes.
  • Collating interview feedback and outcomes and ensuring these are shared with the relevant recruitment teams.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
  • Managing the recruitment inbox and responding to candidate and interviewer queries.
  • Supporting with job offers and issuing contracts.
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Supporting an online digital chat platform, connecting candidates with the business around topics such as diversity, networking and technology.
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment processes and external requirements, including GDPR, visas and reasonable adjustments.
  • Supporting and attending recruitment and networking events.
  • Building positive relationships with candidates, hiring teams and wider stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable and naturally enjoys helping people.

You'll ideally have experience within recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, candidate experience or a similar people-focused environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An understanding of the Early Talent Recruitment environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to think creatively and find solutions when things don't go to plan.
  • Confidence learning new systems, platforms and technology quickly.
  • The ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for providing an excellent candidate experience.
