Temporary Customer Service Representative - London
Are you personable and have a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile? Can you cope effectively under pressure, be patient, professional and adaptable? Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you. We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications & renewals. This will include greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system. It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative. A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided. Please get in touch ASAP for further information.
