Temporary Executive Support - Investor Relations Location: London (Near Bank/Liverpool Street) Duration: 3 months Hours: 7.30am - 5pm Working model: 4 days in office (Fridays work from home) Pay: £134.61 - £192.30 per day plus holiday pay Start Date: ASAP About the Role Our client, a leading investment banking and financial advisory firm, is looking for a Executive Assistant to join their busy and fast-paced team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative, relationship-management, and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and maintain corporate roadshow and events calendars.
- Arrange and manage logistics for results roadshows, investor meetings, site visits, non-deal roadshows and corporate events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, agendas and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records relating to corporate clients, shareholder information, market activity and investor engagement.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support onboarding activities for new corporate clients.
- Assist with the preparation and circulation of weekly reports, agendas, market updates and investor communications.
- Track and manage shareholder data, investor feedback, meeting requests and engagement activity.
- Produce and distribute post-roadshow and investor feedback reports.
- Maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the wider team with administrative, reporting and project coordination activities as required.
- Assist in the preparation of management information, client service plans and business development initiatives.
About You - Previous experience in an administrative, client-facing, investor relations, corporate support, or financial services role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Professional approach to stakeholder and client relationship management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience within investment banking or financial services desirable
