Temporary Marketing & Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Wimbledon, London
Pay Rate: £15 per hour + holiday pay
Duration: Immediate start until the 25th November 2026
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, fully office-based

Are you highly organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy team at a leading retailer's Head Office in Wimbledon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail to play a key role in supporting seasonal marketing and supply chain projects, helping ensure product samples are delivered to the right place at the right time.

The Role

As the key point of contact for seasonal samples at Head Office, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sample coordination process, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Seasonal Sample Coordination: Ordering seasonal samples to support a variety of marketing and supply chain projects, including photoshoots, TV shoots, award applications and merchandising displays.

• Logistics & Deliveries: Managing the delivery, dispatch and communication of seasonal samples, ensuring everything arrives where it needs to be on time.

• Head Office Organisation: Taking full ownership of seasonal sample organisation across a range of categories.

• Document Management: Maintaining and updating cross-departmental tracking documents to keep stakeholders informed of sample availability and status.

• Stakeholder Management: Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams across multiple departments.

• Key Point of Contact: Acting as the sole point of contact for seasonal samples within Head Office, responding to queries and ensuring a smooth, efficient process.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You will enjoy working collaboratively with different teams while also taking ownership of your responsibilities.

Ideally, you will have:

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders.

• Good IT skills, particularly in maintaining spreadsheets and tracking documents.

• A proactive approach, with the ability to use your initiative and solve problems.

• A flexible, hands-on attitude and a genuine team-player mentality.

Previous experience in administration, marketing support, logistics or supply chain coordination would be advantageous.
