Temporary Office Manager and Operations Lead Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm Location: London Bridge Working Model: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home) Duration: 2 months Pay Rate: £21-24 per hour Start date: Immediate availability required
Our client is a specialist recruitment business with deep expertise across technology, transformation and professional services. They are seeking a Temporary Office Manager/Operations lead to take ownership of the day-to-day operational engine of the business.
What you will be doing
Who you are: We are looking for someone organised, process-led and genuinely cares about service quality. You are confident enough to take ownership of contracts and compliance directly from the Executive Director and you have the judgement to know when to escalate and when to decide. You build trust quickly with consultants, with offshore colleagues, and with senior stakeholders. You communicate clearly and you bring a calm, considered presence to a busy environment.
