Our client is looking for a Product Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating stock movement, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring products are delivered efficiently across a multi-site retail network. Working closely with internal teams, stores, warehouses and external logistics partners, you'll help maintain effective stock levels, support inventory management processes, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of product logistics operations. - Coordinate stock deliveries and collections across multiple locations.
- Act as a key point of contact for stores, warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within internal systems.
- Support stock allocation and distribution processes to ensure products are available where needed.
- Produce and maintain reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Assist with stock processing and provide hands-on support during key operational periods.
- Investigate and resolve stock or logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product flow throughout the network.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing logistics processes.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. - Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, stock control or coordination role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data and producing reports.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A flexible, team-focused attitude.
- Experience within a retail, distribution or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of inventory or stock management systems.
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
- Understanding of stock allocation and supply chain processes.
