Temporary Receptionist - 3 Week Assignment

Are you a confident, friendly and professional Receptionist looking for a short-term opportunity in Central London?

We're currently looking for a Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover for a 3-week assignment, starting ASAP within a leading Media company.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, creating a welcoming environment and supporting the smooth running of a busy office.

The Role

As Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors, colleagues and clients, while helping to keep the reception area and wider office running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and signing in visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering and directing incoming calls.
• Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept presentable.
• Responding to general enquiries and directing visitors to the relevant person or department.
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Supporting with general office administration and ad hoc tasks.
• Liaising with internal teams and external visitors.
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Confident communicating with people at all levels.
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to hit the ground running.
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience would be beneficial.
