We are currently recruiting for a number of Temporary Receptionists to support a variety of prestigious financial services clients across London during the busy festive period.

We have multiple temporary assignments available throughout November and December, offering a great opportunity for experienced receptionists and/or confident customer-facing professionals looking for flexible seasonal work.

Role: Temporary Receptionist/Front of House

Industry: Financial Services

Location: Various locations across London

Dates: Multiple assignments throughout November and December

Hours & Pay: Dependent on the client and assignment details

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Managing visitor sign-ins and notifying relevant employees of arrivals.
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared.
• Handling general enquiries and providing administrative support.
• Liaising with internal teams, clients and external visitors.
• Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming reception area.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in reception, front-of-house or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished and confident when dealing with senior stakeholders and visitors.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable.
• Comfortable working within a corporate or financial services environment.
