Temporary Sales Administrator for a leading Global Legal Consultancy Leeds - City Centre PART TIME - 4 days per week - 3 wfh / 1 day a week in the office £14.29 ph PLUS HOLIDAY. ASAP start - end of December We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Operations & Order Processing Coordinator to join our growing sales team. This role is a critical part of the business, ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders, subscription changes, and renewals while providing exceptional support to both customers and internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Client Advisors, and other business functions, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate order processing, coordinating approvals, and driving operational excellence across the sales function. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring all orders are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Review and validate customer orders before submission.
- Coordinate internal approval and signature processes.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Support subscription-based business activities, including:
- Renewals
- Subscription amendments
- Contract changes
- Manage and respond to enquiries received through the sales inbox.
- Act as a key point of coordination between sales teams, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
- Identify process improvements and support continuous enhancement of sales operations.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure accountability through to completion.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider sales function.
Skills & Experience Essential - Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, order processing, or sales operations.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to process information accurately.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
