Service Administrator - Doncaster
Temporary position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
08:00 - 17:00
£13.94 Per hour

We're looking for Services Administrators in Doncaster to join a forward-thinking team that serves clients in events, construction, energy, and more.

Responsibilities: - Manage delivery, return and transfer exceptions to finalise fleet movements
- Process planned and unplanned movements using internal systems (Spartan/Phalanx & M3)
- Allocate equipment and update fuel/meter readings
- Handle customer allocation/reversal requests and depot adjustments
- Clear outstanding distribution orders
- Plan and prepare stock checks in line with financial deadlines
- Ensure system accuracy, housekeeping and work order completion
- Use reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to plan workload and achieve team targets
What We're Looking For - Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritise and work independently or as part of a team
- IT literate (MS Office essential; systems experience preferred)
- Professional, self-motivated and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
- Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
