Temporary Team Assistant - Media Company

Location: West End, London
Pay: £18-£20 per hour + holiday pay

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Team Assistant to join a well-established and fast-paced media company based in the heart of London's West End.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and personable Team Assistant who enjoys working in a creative and dynamic environment. The role will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to a busy team, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis.

The Role

As Team Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support across the team, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general administrative and team support
• Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
• Organising meetings, preparing rooms and coordinating refreshments
• Booking travel and accommodation where required
• Preparing documents, presentations and reports
• Managing emails and correspondence
• Assisting with expenses and invoice processing
• Coordinating internal and external meetings
• Supporting with team events and projects
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Liaising with internal teams, clients and external contacts
• Taking on ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Confident communicating with people at all levels
• A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Professional, approachable and personable
• Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrator or similar role is desirable
• Experience within media, creative or a similarly fast-paced environment would be advantageous
