Our client is seeking a Temporary Workplace Services Coordinator to support the day-today running of a busy, multi occupancy head office environment in Farringdon. Location: Farringdon Temporary Assignment: 3 months Hours: 35 hours per week - on site Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm Pay: £14.95 - £16.81 A valid DBS is advantageous - Effective day-to-day operation of workplace services, with a visible on-site presence providing timely support for facilities, space, and workplace queries
- Managing meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and shared areas, ensuring that they are functional, presentable, and effectively utilised
- Coordination of workplace tasks, service requests, office moves, and space changes, ensuring minimal disruption to colleagues
- Maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, subtenants, suppliers, and building management, supporting a positive multi-occupancy environment
- Sustain safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplace environments, with health, safety, and building issues identified and escalated appropriately
- deliver post room, print room, and internal logistics services, with clear communication around service levels and turnaround times
- Experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, office management or a similar operational role
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Experience using computerised room booking systems, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- An understanding of health, safety and workplace compliance requirements. A First Aid at Work certification is desirable.
