RGB Recruitment are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer for a live commercial project in Plymouth. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is presentable, approachable, and confident dealing with tenants and site teams alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact between tenants and the site team - Communicating works schedules, updates, and access requirements clearly and professionally - Providing excellent customer care and maintaining positive tenant relationships - Assisting site management with day-to-day duties - Willingness to get stuck in with general labouring tasks when required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills - Presentable and professional manner - Computer literate (emails, basic documents, updates) - Happy to support site operations with labouring duties - Valid CSCS card (essential)
