Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator

Salary: £26,436.80 per annum plus commission

Are you looking to build a career within the automotive repair industry? Our client, a leading multi-site accident repair business, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Blackpool team as a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided on the systems and processes required to become a successful Estimator.

What You Will Learn and Be Responsible For

• Taking photographs and assessing vehicle damage, including handling image-based estimates.

• Producing repair estimates using Audatex software.

• Submitting estimates for authorisation and liaising with customers and insurance/work providers.

• Monitoring repair progress and communicating with technicians throughout the repair process.

• Updating jobs and ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.

• Preparing completed jobs for invoicing.

• Learning and using industry-leading systems including Audatex and Autoflow.

• Automotive experience would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided.
