| Training Administrator Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Working Pattern: Hybrid working available (up to 60% remote depending on role requirements) About the Role We are looking for a highly organised Training Administrator to support the smooth running of a professional training programme. This role involves coordinating trainee records, managing course administration, and acting as a key point of contact for trainees and professionals. Key Responsibilities - Administer and support a training programme for trainee professionals - Manage trainee enrolments, subscriptions, exam fees, and payment plans - Maintain and update CRM databases ensuring accurate records at all times - Organise trainee attendance at residential training weeks and programme events - Act as the first point of contact for trainee enquiries via phone, email, and in person - Process assignment submissions, extensions, and distribute coursework to markers - Record and release assignment and examination results within agreed deadlines - Assist with the coordination and administration of examinations and assessments - Organise and support programme events such as graduations and examinations - Produce correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation - Liaise with internal departments and external education partners to ensure accurate information sharing Skills & Experience - Previous administration or database management experience - Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook - Excellent communication and organisational skills - High attention to accuracy and detail - Ability to prioritise workload and meet multiple deadlines - Experience organising events, bookings or training administration desirable - Professional, flexible and customer-focused approach Benefits - Competitive salary - Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Pension scheme with 5% employer contribution - Private medical insurance (after qualifying period) - Life assurance, income protection and company sick pay - Employee Assistance Programme (24/7 support) - Free on-site parking - Learning and development opportunities - Retail, leisure and dining discount scheme If you are an organised administrator looking for a varied role supporting training and development programmes, we would love to hear from you. |
