Job Description


Manpower Group Ltd are working with a manufacturing client based in Bradford who are looking to recruit for a UK Parts Adviser to join their team on a full-time perm basis. Our client is looking for someone who is motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will provide excellent customer service to its external customers.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a mechanical mindset to play a key role in supporting customers and field teams.


As a Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to person for parts-related queries - working with both internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient service. You'll manage stock, liaise with suppliers, and ensure the smooth running of the parts department.

The role:
Full time perm position
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £25,397 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Mon - Fri 7.00am - 3.30pm (Occasional Saturday's based on companies' requirements.)
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve and support customers (internal and external) with parts requests.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels by placing and receiving orders from suppliers.
  • Create parts estimates, process invoices.
  • Assist with regular stock takes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle payments and maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Support the service department by sourcing and dispatching required parts quickly and efficiently.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a parts or customer service role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience using stock control systems - knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • A mechanical background or understanding of technical components is desirable.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to think outside the box when solving problems.
