About the Role: Our client, based in Birmingham Business Park, is looking for a VOR Administrator to manage ‘Vehicles off Road’ (VOR) processes and updates. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual with experience in vehicle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and update VOR progression, ensuring timely resolutions - Liaise with vendors and manufacturers regarding parts availability - Communicate updates to stakeholders and escalate concerns as needed - Chase customer authorisations and organise roadside assistance when required - Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software - Experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Epyx 1-Link(not essential) - Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
