Full time 35 hours a week Waiting staff – Cardiff (Education Site)

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated member of waiting staff to join our client’s busy education site in Cardiff on a temporary basis. 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in catering or hospitality who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily hospitality and catering service on site

• Help set up and serve food and beverages for meetings, events, and functions

• Ensure food presentation and service meet high standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas and kitchens

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors

• Support the wider catering team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or a similar customer service role

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and professional approach

• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
