• Food & Beverage Waiting Staff

• Bartenders

• General Assistants

• Trained Baristas

• Hospitality Professionals with prior Contract Catering experience

Pay: £12.21 - £13.85 per hour (based on role and experience) + accurate holiday pay

Who We're Looking For:

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Confident in guest-facing roles with a can-do attitude

• Background in 4* or 5* establishments preferred

• Professional, punctual, and well-organised

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Able to anticipate the needs of high-profile clients

• Fully uniformed: smart white or black shirt, black trousers, black smart shoes, black tie, and black waistcoat

• Hold Level 2 Food Safety & Allergens certificates

• Must be over 18 years old

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple orders efficiently in fast-paced settings

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces

• Maintain cleanliness and service flow during events

• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams

• Handle allergen information and special requests appropriately

• Work collaboratively with team members

• Comply with food safety and health & safety regulations
