Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional table service in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems where required.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Set up and clear tables to company standards.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Food & Beverage Assistant, or Front of House team member.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Right to work in the UK.
