Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Location: Bromsgrove (must drive due to location) Salary: £22,222.20 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Are you an organised and confident administrator looking to join a friendly, family-run business? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company based in Bromsgrove, seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day operations and customer communications. About the Role: This is a varied role that plays a key part in keeping the warehouse running smoothly. From processing orders and handling customer enquiries to coordinating shipments and managing admin tasks, no two days are the same. You'll be working in a supportive team environment with the opportunity to attend exhibitions and get involved in wider aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Pull orders from the system and prepare shipment paperwork - Use courier software to generate shipping labels and book collections - Manage customer orders via phone and email using Outlook - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism - File and maintain accurate order records and documentation - Work with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word, to complete administrative tasks - Support the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations - Occasionally attend exhibitions to support the wider business team Skills and Experience Required: - Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook - Confident and professional telephone manner - Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse support role (desirable) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Organised and self-motivated with good time management skills If you're looking for a varied administrative role where you can grow and contribute to a successful business, we'd love to hear from you.
