Manpower are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator in DE74.
In this essential role, you will support the daily operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth communication, and efficient workflow between departments.
DUTIES:
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse records, stock levels, and filing systems
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments; process orders, deliveries, and returns
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Prepare and manage accurate documentation, including inventory reports and delivery notes
- Maintain database integrity by entering and updating data regularly
- Assist with cycle counts, stocktaking, and resolving stock discrepancies
- Support the warehouse team with general administrative duties as needed
- Analyse data and prepare Management Information (MI) reports
- Adhere to health, safety, and company standards at all times
ABOUT YOU:
- Prior experience in a Warehouse Administration role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems
HOURS AND PAY:
Monday to Friday
8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm
Up to £29,000 per annum
