Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Unit A, Waterbeach, Cambridge
Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: - Monday to Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am-1:00pm (occasional Friday afternoons on a rota)
Overtime: May be required during busy periods (additional pay or time in lieu applies)
Job Overview: Manpower is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join our client in Waterbeach. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are key to success. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out packing and general warehouse tasks to a high standard
- Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, efficient working environment
- Use basic computer systems and adapt to new tools as required
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and supervisors
- Maintain a tidy and safe working area
- Assist in problem-solving and escalate issues when necessary
- Be open to trying new processes and ways of working
What We're Looking For: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse role (packing experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Calm and practical approach to solving problems
- Flexible and open to change in a fast-moving environment
Desirable but Not Essential: - Manual handling knowledge or training
- Experience supporting or training others
