Shift Pattern: Thursday to Monday 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
About the Role We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton. The role involves working as part of a fast-paced logistics team ensuring goods are picked, moved, and prepared accurately and efficiently. You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), but the position will also involve manual handling and lifting of products as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate LLOP equipment safely and efficiently. - Pick and move stock according to order requirements. - Load and unload goods within the warehouse environment. - Maintain accuracy in order picking and stock handling. - Follow health and safety procedures at all times. - Support general warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. - Experience operating an LLOP - Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. - Flexibility to work both shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) on a Thursday-Monday pattern.
