Job Description |
| Experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor/Performance Coach Hours                         ~         Tues – Sat 9:30 – 18:00 but must be able to work the occasional                           evening shift Pay Rate                    ~         Between £15.00 and £17.50 Live Date                   ~         ASAP Working with            ~         Site Management & Pertemps Colleagues                                   Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory role within a Chilled Warehouse centre environment. - Strong skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Sound knowledge of people management. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.  Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all agency warehouse activities on the Day/Night shift. - Cross fertilisation of working with Pertemps and client support. - Ensure all relevant H&S PPE is being worn correctly. - Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all agency warehouse employees. - Coordinate and support other departments to fulfil orders, resolve issues, and maintain seamless communication and workflow. - Ensure fulfilment is achieved on a shift-by-shift basis.
