Then look no further as my well-established client is looking out for an ambitious Civil Engineer, with relevant UK experience of minimum 2 -5 years' within the drainage, highways and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Job Responsibilities - Design/drafting of SuDS schemes, private externals works, Section 38 and Section 104 works, etc. across the residential, industrial, commercial sectors and more. Designs can range from high profile and high-value multi-storey structures to small housing schemes - Liaising and working with clients throughout the East Midlands and UK. - Undertaking design works using Microdrainge, InfoDrainage, Civil3D, AutoCAD and much more. - Planning and organisation of projects, people and resources alongside team leader in accordance with design guidelines to ensure deadlines are met. Experience - Minimum 2 – 5 years’ UK experience - Relevant degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng/MSc/etc.) - Knowledge of the construction industry, design standards and H&S standards is essential - High proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for technical drawing, as this will be expected of you to show in the interview. - Experience in the use of Civil 3D / PDS and InfoDrainage / MicroDrainage is essential. - Able written and verbal communicator in English for client-facing responsibilities. - A logical, analytical approach to problem-solving.
