• Salary: £95-£130 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:

Our leading client is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and facilitating the learning experiences of our students. You will work closely with individual students and small groups, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential. Your responsibilities may include assisting with lesson planning, delivering interventions, and providing pastoral care to students as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the classroom teacher during lessons and activities
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of engaging educational materials
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
• Implement behaviour management strategies in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of students

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting young learners
• Ability to adapt to the needs of different students and learning environments
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
